All you need to do is take half tablespoon of baking soda and mix it with half cup of water and half tablespoon of salt, once you have mixed all of these things together, take a spoon and stir it, make sure that all of them are thoroughly mixed together. Then out the mixture in your mouth and keep it in for around 5 to 7 minutes, and then rinse your mouth and keep doing that until the mixture is finished.
